Pedros Temizian (Պետրոս Թէմիզեան) is working as an director/assistant director mostly in advertising, documentary and film productions. "Prelude to an Abyss" by The Incompetents is his first independent music video.
"Prelude to an Abyss" Was Screened During Tanya Traboulsi's photo exhibition "Music is Life" in New York.
"Prelude to an Abyss" Participated in the Lebanese Film Festival in 2009 8th Edition.
In 2009 he directed his second music video "Slutterhouse Blues",Slutterhouse's first promo video for the bonus track on their debut album "Made in Dance".
In 2010 he directed his third music video,Bullets Gently Dancing Over My Head by The Incompetents,Produced by Serge Yared with the collaboration of Damoun ghaoui as Director of Photography.
Basically people were asked to dress up in sport outfits and required the expertise of a very special trainer -- Oliver Aoun -- to make a 10 mins fitness program. In this program we included one of our songs: "Bullets Gently Dancing Over My Head".
Few months after "Bullets Gently Dancing Over My Head", He directed a new music video for Hiba "Fog El Nakhel", Music produced by Zeid Hamdan,applying the craft of stop motion, "Fog El Nakhel" is a step forward for Arabic video clips, tackling its timeless message in an urban fairytale setting of beauty, innocence and freedom . The song is based on a traditional song from Aleppo and is performed by Hiba who was accompanied by her actual husband and child for the shoot of the video.
Pedros Temizian participated in many photography and video art festivals, and won the Special Jury Award in the Beirut Docudays (Beirut Documentary Film Festival), for the movie "The Concert".
