Beirut Gay Pride 2019

A collective of artists, musicians, singers, dancers, comedians and performers celebrate diversity and denounce hate and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

The evening highlights the programmed activities of Beirut Pride that invite officials and the public opinion to acknowledge abusive practices against many members of the nation, and to take the necessary measures to curb these practices and misconceptions.

Home

We ve just started a project that will unite 3 of the most interesting bands on the Middle east indie rock scene .

Tanjaret Daghet from Syria , Mohamed Abdallah from Jordan and Zeid Hamdan from Lebanon

Objective : Meet and  produce an EP ( 4 tracks )

The project is called "Home"

Most of the musicians participating in the project are considered as refugees making it almost impossible for them to travel outside the country hosting them .

So where is that place that those artists call home ?

We asked them to reflect on this subject and perhaps write about it.

The bands will ultimately  perform together for the launch of the EP around the beginning of the year if any country allows it . ( we still haven't figured where )

All this is obviously subject to VISAS , and WASTAS .

Wish us good luck !
