Home is a musical project developped  between 3 essential artists of the Lebanese Syrian and Palestinian Arab indie music scene . Although they have had an important  impact on their respective communities , they still don't have a place to call home.

Through this open collaborative  platform they have built a musical project that questions the concepts of identity , borders and family.

About the artists

Muhammad Abdullah ( Elmorabba3 ) :

in 2009, Jordanian Palestinian Muhammad Abdullah founded the project El Morabba3, (The Square in Arabic) It offers a groundbreaking sound with its unique music and socially engaged lyrics. The fresh rock/post-rock electronic sound, described as euphoric, holistic, spacey and raucous quickly catapulted the band to massive success. and saw them become one of the leading socially and politically relevant bands reviving the Arab Independent music scene.

Zeid Hamdan:

Zeid Hamdan is the music producer behind some of the most successful bands on the Lebanese and regional alternative scene such as Soapkills, Maryam Saleh , Zeid and the wings and many others   . In 2012 he was named one of 8 leading lights in Lebanese culture by CNN.

Tanjaret Daghet :

Tanjaret Daghet’, which came to life in 2008, is today composed of three musicians, Tarek Khuluki, guitarist and backing vocalist, Dany Shukri, the drummer, and Khaled Omran on bass and voice , ‘Tanjaret Daghet’ is an expression of everything they have experienced, that has been stored within their psyche.

“Syrian trio Tanjaret Daghet look increasingly like becoming one of the few bands to nail the tricky business of making Arabic language rock appeal to

people who don't really listen to anything except Western music” - Rolling Stone.
